Terms of Service

ManaScry is a tool for tracking a Magic: The Gathering collection, building and sharing decks, watching price movement, and generating deck suggestions with AI. It is an independent product. It is not a marketplace: we do not buy, sell, ship, grade or authenticate cards, and we are not a party to any transaction you make elsewhere.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide an email address you control — it is the only way to recover access.
• One person per account. Do not share logins.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

A free tier provides the full collection, deck, list and proxy feature set. There is currently no checkout and nothing is for sale. Prices shown on the pricing page describe intended future plans and are not an offer. If paid plans launch, the terms of sale, renewal and refunds will be presented at checkout before any payment is taken, and payment will be handled by a third-party processor rather than by us.

Card prices come from third-party feeds and are refreshed on a nightly schedule, so any figure you see may be hours old and may not reflect what a card will actually sell for. Portfolio totals, cost basis, gain figures and price alerts are informational only.

Nothing in ManaScry is financial or investment advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for buying or selling. We are not liable for decisions made on the strength of a displayed price, a triggered alert, or an alert that failed to trigger.

Deck generation and collection chat are powered by a third-party large language model. Output is generated and can be wrong: it may suggest illegal cards for a format, misjudge a budget, misstate a rule, or invent a card that does not exist. Always verify a generated deck against the current rules and banned lists for your format before playing it.

Do not paste confidential or personal information into AI features. Content you submit is sent to the model provider for processing.

The proxy print feature produces practice sheets for your own personal, non-commercial use — playtesting, deck iteration, and protecting expensive originals in casual play.

You may not sell, distribute or pass off printed proxies as genuine cards, and they are not legal for sanctioned or tournament play. Counterfeiting is illegal and is not what this feature is for. You are solely responsible for how you use printed output.

Do not:

• Scrape, bulk-download or resell data from the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, entitlement checks or authentication.
• Upload unlawful content, or use AI features to generate abusive or unlawful material.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with the service's operation or the infrastructure it runs on.

We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of the above, or that puts the service or other users at risk.

Your collection, decks and lists remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — storing, processing and displaying that data back to you, and to others where you have deliberately made something public, such as a shared deck link. Revoking a share link stops future access; we cannot recall copies someone already made.

Card data, images and pricing are provided by third parties including Scryfall and Card Kingdom, and remain subject to their terms. ManaScry's own name, interface and code are ours.

ManaScry is unofficial Fan Content. It is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering, its card names, card images and associated marks are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. It depends on third-party providers for hosting, data and AI, and any of them can fail or change without notice. We do not promise uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose — Settings includes a data export for exactly this.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManaScry is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from trading decisions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, or if required to do so. On termination your right to use the service ends; export your data first if you want to keep it.

If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that date means the updated terms apply.
